Pressure Vessels
MEWL offers design and manufacturing services of pressure vessels and storage tanks. We also offer repair and alterations to existing equipment. We can offer certified manufacturing with the ASME U stamp in accordance with ASME Boiler Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC) Section VIII Division 1 and certified repairs and alterations with the NBIC R Stamp in accordance with the National Board Inspection Code Part 3 (NBIC).
All our manufactured pressure vessels are registered with the National Board which enables the equipment to be identified after commissioning in the field and provides assurance of that pressure-retaining item. In addition to this, we also offer non-certified options as well.

We are capable of alterations, derating and rerating through design calculations:

We are quipped with a submerged-arc (SAW) welding machine that enables us to weld longitudinal and circumferential butt welds through a mechanized process which is ideal for pressure vessel and tank manufacturing.
